All sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
• Item arrives damaged
• Wrong item was received Return Requirements:
• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos of the item and packaging must be provided If approved:
• A replacement or store credit will be issued
• Items must be unused and in original condition Non-Returnable Items:
• Worn or used jewelry
• Custom or special orders
